Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and communicate solution architectures to prospects
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and integration needs
• Configure platform settings to align the solution with customer requirements during implementation
• Create high-quality technical collateral, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales motion and subsequent roll-outs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to refine solution patterns
• Stay current on cloud, AI/ML, search, and DevOps trends

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role
• Experience in enterprise search, AI/ML platforms, legal tech, or complex B2B SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software architectures, databases, and deployment environments
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives and engineers
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical projects
