Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead presales workshops and customer consultations to shape technical solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Produce Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) documents
• Build and present solution designs for Managed Operations products including enterprise backup, storage, and infrastructure
• Lead solutioning and pricing elements for bids and RFP responses
• Partner with delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of designed solutions
• Engage with vendors to secure best pricing and build strong partnerships
• Mentor and support architects and engineers in their technical growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing, installing, or supporting Microsoft, Oracle, or VMware solutions
• 1–5 years of experience in scoping and pricing Infrastructure or Cloud based project services
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud (Azure), Microsoft 365, and migration strategies
• Proven experience producing ROMs, SOWs, proposals, and high-level design documents
• Commercial acumen and experience pricing project and managed service engagements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of backup, storage, and recovery technologies (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Zerto, or Nutanix)
• Familiarity with enterprise management and automation tools
• Experience working within complex commercial arrangements or bid teams
• Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, project management, or architecture frameworks
