Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Propose solutions tailored to the customer’s industry and specific business needs
• Support product validation, proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, and respond to technical Q&A
• Create sales tools such as technical documents, sample programs, and demo environments
• Support seminars and events to promote product awareness and provide training
• Gather feedback and share insights from customers and the market with the product planning and R&D teams
• Collaborate with partner companies to develop or support custom joint solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in the IT, software, or SaaS industries
• Experience proposing integrated solutions that combine in-house and third-party services
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with public cloud platforms
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (reading and writing)
• Business-level Japanese communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI or deep learning system development
• Experience creating automation flows using RPA tools
• Experience implementing cloud-based business solutions for enterprise clients
• Experience developing applications using REST APIs
• Broad business process knowledge across multiple industries
• English communication skills (spoken)
