Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional concepts and develop functional solution designs.
• Describe functionality through epics, user stories, and process descriptions, ensuring precise acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business and architecture, driving functional clarifications and supporting developers.
• Provide documentation for strategic architectural choices and deliver simplified architecture analyses to decision-makers and project leaders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists in process, information, application, integration, security, and infrastructure.
• Support management contexts including vendor management, system security, and Agile/DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience working as a Solution Architect.
• Proven experience with enterprise/functional architecture and business analysis in complex digitalization projects.
• Proficiency in modeling and communicating solution architecture using ArchiMate, BPMN, or UML.
• Experience working with structured, agile delivery models and frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, or COBIT.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
