Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to ensure robust security across SAP landscapes.
• Define architecture standards and integration strategies for GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP GRC best practices, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the SAP Security and GRC domain with strong architectural expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Expertise in integrating GRC with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and managing global template rollouts.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
