Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve solution and system architecture across enterprise platforms
• Make high-level architectural decisions regarding technology stacks, frameworks, and integration patterns
• Establish and enforce technical standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks
• Ensure system designs meet scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability requirements
• Guide engineering teams during implementation and resolve complex technical issues
• Lead architecture reviews and provide oversight across multiple initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive technology roadmaps and modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Mentor senior engineers and architects to raise overall architectural maturity

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect in complex environments
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, including APIs and event-driven architectures
• Proven experience establishing architecture governance and standards
• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or AWS/Azure Architect
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-native platforms
