Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into distinguished technical designs for scalable web and mobile platforms
• Act as a hands-on technology leader, providing guidance and oversight to development teams during implementation
• Partner closely with engineering leads to design, build, and run scalable solutions
• Create detailed technical architecture assets and contribute to the end-to-end SDLC alongside QA and DevOps
• Lead from the front during critical production incidents to drive resolution
• Elevate delivery hub practices by creating technical blueprints, solution accelerators, and ways of working assets
• Engage in client-facing activities including deep-dive technical workshops, pre-sales efforts, and board-level presentations

Requirements

• Professional experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and frameworks
• Proven experience with CI/CD practices and platforms
• Expertise in scalable web application development and mobile app delivery
• Demonstrable understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Micro-services Architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, and REST API principles (OpenAPI)
• Considerable full-stack development experience with deep knowledge of the Java platform
• Strong operational knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers, and infrastructure components
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage clients and stakeholders independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating solutions for financial services or banking
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectural patterns such as CQRS and event sourcing
• Experience with server virtualization and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Solution Architecture experience on Azure or AWS Cloud
• Professional experience using Integration Platforms and API Gateways
