Solution Architect – Agentic Systems

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures using multi-agent orchestration and tool chaining.
• Design workflows, context strategies, and memory management for long-running AI processes.
• Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.
• Optimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective and high-availability deployments.
• Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) into all solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, conducting workshops, POCs, and design reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with API design and integration.
• Strong cloud-native architecture skills across AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as BFSI, GRC, or SOC.
• Familiarity with AI observability tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, or Ragas.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning techniques (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization.
• Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
