Responsibilities

• Design microservices architecture and service boundaries
• Define API contracts and communication patterns
• Make technology stack decisions and standards
• Manage security architecture and compliance
• Handle performance and scalability planning
• Conduct code reviews and provide architectural guidance

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in enterprise architecture
• Proven experience designing distributed systems
• Healthcare or supply chain domain expertise
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Redis
• Experience with AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, ElastiCache)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and Kafka/SQS
• Understanding of security patterns like JWT, OAuth, and RBAC/ABAC
• Experience with ELK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-assisted development experience (Cursor AI, Claude code, or Copilot)
• Ability to define AI development standards and best practices
• Experience reviewing AI-generated code for architectural compliance
• Ability to establish code quality gates for AI-assisted development
• Experience mentoring teams on effective AI tool utilization
