Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose software solutions following industry best practices and patterns
• Lead the team in defining architecture, technical requirements, and scalable solutions
• Assume technical responsibility for new features and identify opportunities for platform improvement
• Engage in code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to defined standards
• Benchmark new technologies and development practices for product adoption
• Work closely with software architects, engineering managers, and product owners to maintain test automation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team
• Monitor and improve platform dashboards and production system scalability

Requirements

• Proven experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture
• Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, and Python
• Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Deep understanding of microservices and micro-frontends patterns
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments
• Ability to lead technical discussions and manage deployments into production
• Advanced English communication skills
• Experience working in high-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platform development and integration
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ
• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization
• Experience using monitoring and metrics to support KPIs and API performance
