Solution Analyst II - IT

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Collect and analyze business requirements from project leaders and end users
• Prepare detailed requirement specification and functional technical specification documents
• Identify current and future-state business processes
• Provide technical development support for system configurations and automation requirements
• Act as a communications liaison between business end users and application developers
• Coordinate with business users to establish test scenarios, validate new applications, and identify functionality issues
• Provide day-to-day and on-call second and third-tier end-user application support

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or an IT-related position
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Exposure to business applications such as WMS, ERP, CRM, or BI
• Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) scanning processes and devices
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HighJump WMS experience
• ITIL Certification
• Experience leading small projects within Waterfall or Agile SDLC environments
• Knowledge of project management skills including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Ability to drive business requirement definition through elicitation and prioritization
