Solution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations for the Procurement department to capture key KPIs and metrics.
• Use analytical tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake database to derive business insights.
• Apply critical thinking to understand business processes, form hypotheses, and collect data to verify insights.
• Develop logic and calculations for metrics to support procurement stakeholders on local, regional, and global levels.
• Collaborate with Engagement Leads, Data Engineering, and Procurement Management to deliver analytical requirements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and train end-users on new reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum 6 CGPA.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake database.
• Experience with Python and statistical modelling.
• Practical knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with massive datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for storytelling and driving decision-making.
