Solicitor - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and asset management work
• Support clients involved in major energy and infrastructure projects, helping to deliver strategic land agreements and renewable energy initiatives
• Work with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, institutional lenders, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Property team to deliver practical, commercially focused advice
• Build strong relationships with clients and develop your own network
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the team's continued growth

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE)
• Strong foundation in commercial property work
• Experience within the energy and infrastructure sectors is advantageous
• Commercially minded approach with ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative team player
