Solicitor

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a wide range of matters
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and reports
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Work collaboratively with international offices to deliver effective solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK laws and ensure SRA compliance
• Oversee compliance processes and support operational management of the London branch
• Assume roles as COLP, COFA, and Manager & Head of Legal Practice for the London office

Requirements

• Qualified UK Solicitor status
• Minimum 5 years of experience in practice
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to balance multiple deadlines
• Self-driven mindset with high professional integrity
• Commercial awareness and confidence in client engagement
• Fluent written and spoken English
