About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies following work instructions, drawings, and BOMs
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
- Perform in-process and final visual inspections to ensure quality
- Identify and escalate defects, workmanship issues, or missing components
- Support production schedules by completing builds on time and communicating blockers
Requirements
- Must be eligible for ITAR/EAR access (U.S. export control regulations)
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
- Demonstrated experience supporting the production of complex electromechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Soldering and PCB rework experience
- Background in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly
- Hands-on experience supporting hardware bring-up
- Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Arena) or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- Ability to thrive in a startup or rapidly evolving environment
