Solder/PCB Rework Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies following work instructions, drawings, and BOMs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
• Perform in-process and final visual inspections to ensure quality
• Identify and escalate defects, workmanship issues, or missing components
• Support production schedules by completing builds on time and communicating blockers

Requirements

• Must be eligible for ITAR/EAR access (U.S. export control regulations)
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
• Demonstrated experience supporting the production of complex electromechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Soldering and PCB rework experience
• Background in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware bring-up
• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Arena) or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Ability to thrive in a startup or rapidly evolving environment
