Solderer (Senior Assembler)

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to a final configured product using process instructions, blueprints, and specialized tooling
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, and visual aids
• Set up and operate machines, tooling, and test equipment
• Perform rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures
• Verify product quality at required intervals and ensure accuracy of all work
• Operate material handling equipment and effectively communicate with team members within an FAA repair station environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in soldering
• Experience in a similar assembly role
• Knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001F standards
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001F certifications
