Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine welding sequences for parts and medium-complexity assemblies.
• Perform welding on various steel types (carbon, austenitic, martensitic, and duplex) using OAW, SMAW, GMAW/FCAW, and GTAW processes in flat and vertical positions.
• Operate overhead cranes to transport parts within the factory and assist in assembly operations.
• Assist in the preparation of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment assembly and pressure testing.
• Adhere to all company safety, hygiene, and disciplinary standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma with professional training in Welding (SENAI) or a Mechanical Technician certification.
• Proficiency in interpreting industrial and mechanical technical drawings.
• Experience with industrial and mechanical maintenance routines (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
• Knowledge of ABNT technical standards and metrology.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and aerial work platforms.
• Knowledge of submerged arc welding and plasma welding processes.
