Solar Vegetation Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute in-the-field vegetation management work under the direction of an onsite supervisor
• Operate commercial riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mowers and other equipment
• Provide updates on work status and report any concerns to onsite supervisors
• Comply with industry standards and client-specific safety requirements

Requirements

• Landscaping, mowing, farmwork, or general construction labor experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work
• Ability to work in adverse weather and on irregular or steep terrain
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work 10+ hour days, weekends, and regularly in excess of 40 hours per week
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Willingness to travel and undergo a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating and performing general maintenance of commercial mowers
