About the role

Responsibilities

  • Follow all Health and Safety policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace
  • Complete routine safety documentation such as tailgate meetings and electrical work permits
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on solar and battery storage systems
  • Execute energization, de-energization, and LOTO procedures
  • Interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and identify corrective actions
  • Adhere to OEM standards and industry best practices including NETA MTS, CSA Z463, and NFPA 70E
  • Complete daily digital reporting and documentation
  • Participate in on-call weekend rotations
  • Maintain site cleanliness and organized spare parts inventory
