About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow all Health and Safety policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace
- Complete routine safety documentation such as tailgate meetings and electrical work permits
- Perform technical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on solar and battery storage systems
- Execute energization, de-energization, and LOTO procedures
- Interpret schematics and blueprints
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and identify corrective actions
- Adhere to OEM standards and industry best practices including NETA MTS, CSA Z463, and NFPA 70E
- Complete daily digital reporting and documentation
- Participate in on-call weekend rotations
- Maintain site cleanliness and organized spare parts inventory
