About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of a Renewable Energy Technician for assigned utility-scale solar assets
  • Maintain facility buildings, grounds, and site infrastructure in a clean and organized manner
  • Manage site inventory, spare parts procurement, and third-party contractors
  • Provide site safety training, orientation, and tours for clients and guests
  • Lead and assist with preventive maintenance on inverters, combiners, and substations
  • Complete daily reporting and documentation; provide detailed summaries of large jobs to Asset Managers
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotation and work overtime during peak production season

Requirements

  • Professional conduct with internal teams, customers, and site owners
