Solar Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage solar installation projects from inception to completion
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, subcontractors, and laborers on the job site
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review project designs and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, and the internal project team
• Implement safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment
• Troubleshoot project-related problems and develop solutions
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and compliance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar construction industry
• Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and installation practices
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
