Solar Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems from start to finish
• Oversee a team of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, clients, and vendors
• Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges promptly
• Ensure proper documentation of installed systems, including as-built drawings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solar construction or project management
• Demonstrated knowledge of solar PV system installation and troubleshooting
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
