Solar Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective referral partners including roofing contractors, real estate agents, and solar finance companies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active partner accounts throughout Northern California
• Prepare accurate service quotes for solar system removals, repairs, and battery additions
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing and service terms to close agreements
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth transitions from signed agreements to scheduled work
• Maintain up-to-date records of all prospects and activities in CRM software

Requirements

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in solar, roofing, or construction
• Solid understanding of residential solar PV systems
• Proven track record of building B2B relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with Northern California roofing or real estate professionals
• Experience quoting solar service or construction work
• Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms like Enphase or SolarEdge
• Proficiency with CRM software
