About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and present customized solar proposals, including system design and ROI projections
  • Conduct site inspections and consultations to assess client energy usage and solar suitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and key business targets
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts within CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while providing weekly activity updates to management
  • Stay informed on solar products, government incentives, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Valid White Card
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
  • Self-driven with strong professional presentation
