About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals, including system design and ROI projections
- Conduct site inspections and consultations to assess client energy usage and solar suitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and key business targets
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts within CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while providing weekly activity updates to management
- Stay informed on solar products, government incentives, and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Valid White Card
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
- Self-driven with strong professional presentation
