Solar Power Operation and Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and diagnostic tasks according to the operation and maintenance plan
• Execute electrical safety management duties and regulatory compliance tasks
• Conduct troubleshooting and incident reporting in the event of facility failures
• Monitor solar power generation via monitoring platforms and SCADA systems
• Manage consumables, spare parts, and facility data (generation volume, PR, operating hours, etc.)
• Operate inspection and diagnostic equipment for measurement and testing
• Manage and perform A/S for major equipment including modules and inverters
• Handle on-site civil complaints and manage utility cost settlements
• Manage subcontractors and oversee O&M turnover processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
• 3+ years of experience in Solar O&M or EPC (experience in solar manufacturing or research is also acceptable)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel overseas and fulfill military service requirements (for male applicants)

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Solar EPC (Design, Construction, and O&M)
• Professional certifications such as Electrical Engineer or Electrical Construction Engineer
• Strong communication skills and deep understanding of power plant O&M operations
• Knowledge of civil engineering and solar mounting structures
• Experience operating 154kV transmission/transformation facilities and SCADA systems
