Solar Installer

Responsibilities

• Install commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, racking, and inverters
• Perform electrical connections safely and in compliance with codes
• Read blueprints and follow installation plans
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely, high-quality project completion
• Travel to multiple local and regional job sites as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial solar and electrical installations
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical installation plans
• Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites throughout the Bay Area and regionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of PV systems, NEC code, inverters, or energy storage systems (ESS)
• Electrical Journeyman License
