About the role
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other solar components on residential and commercial properties
- Perform system layouts and follow design blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ensure systems are installed to code and meet all safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar panel systems
- Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers and represent the company professionally
