Solar Installer

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and related components according to project designs and safety guidelines
• Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best layout and design for solar systems
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems as needed
• Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients

Requirements

• Previous experience as a solar installer or similar construction role
• Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components
• Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
• Willingness to travel to various job sites
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
