Solar HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial cooling package units on O&M sites
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing HVAC components
• Conducting performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance
• Performing maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls and emergency call outs
• Completing daily work reports accurately
• Operating and maintaining a motor vehicle safely

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification
• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Understanding of refrigeration systems
• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and email channels
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in ambient temperatures
