Solar AC Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor electrical installation teams
• Diagnose and troubleshoot systems using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
• Analyze and document system performance and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality standards
• Manage inventory and equipment to optimize resource utilization

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work with a solar focus
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
• Valid OSHA 10 certification
• Clean driver's license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
