Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor electrical installation teams on-site
- Manage the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of solar electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality assurance
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate status
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress
- Coordinate with other trades to optimize workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience as an electrical foreman with at least 3 years in solar energy or related fields
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical principles and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to travel to various job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as NABCEP
