Soil Treatment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control site activities including receptions, disposals, and treatment processes
• Optimize human, material, and technical resources to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and lead field teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and performance
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety (SST) standards, and environmental certificates
• Manage equipment maintenance, including supervising repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site maintenance
• Facilitate communication between field teams and management through daily operational meetings and reporting

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in environment or civil engineering
• Strong understanding of soil treatment and decontamination techniques
• Thorough knowledge of Quebec SST (Health and Safety) and environmental standards
• Excellent fluency in French (written and oral); English is an asset
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel to different sites
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in geotechnics, civil engineering, or environmental sectors
