Software Verification & Validation Leader

Responsibilities

• Deliver train software modules and integrate them according to the Engineering Work Package
• Develop software modules for TCMS equipment while maximizing the reuse of standard configurable components
• Generate executable code and configuration for TCMS equipment such as MPU and MCE
• Produce software integration plans and provide detailed reports
• Support supplier interface tests, train integration, and validation processes
• Implement development practices and rules as defined in Train Control support plans
• Manage individual software modules under configuration and resolve configuration management issues

Requirements

• Engineer degree or Master of Engineering from a recognized university
• Hands-on experience in software development and hardware-software integration
• Experience with IEC61131-3 software or model-based development tools like Matlab/Simulink
• Knowledge of real-time network protocols such as MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, and RS485
• Familiarity with real-time, distributed controllers and their functioning
• Fluency in English and the national language of the site
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer management skills
