Software Verification & Test Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the validation and verification of Train Control & Information Systems (TC&IS) sub-systems and components
• Manage TC&IS validation and verification tools configuration and work packages
• Deliver TC&IS test procedures, test reports, integration plans, and verification plans
• Ensure 100% compliance with EHS rules for activities performed on trains and test benches
• Manage configuration of Verification & Test deliverables and maintain change request (CR) databases
• Provide weekly reporting on requirements testing coverage and results
• Support software development activities, including module integration and software generation for assigned projects
• Support the production of Control Build Software Models in compliance with technical specifications and RAMS constraints

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of validation methods (boundary tests, equivalent class tests, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of validation tools such as TestStand and model-based testing tools
• Practical experience in software integration and validation phases (Railway, Health, Defence, Aeronautical, or Automotive domains)
• Knowledge of real-time network protocols including MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, and RS 485
• Experience managing work packages for sub-contractors
• Fluency in English
