Software Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated validation frameworks using Python
• Implement OOP design patterns, multithreading, and asynchronous programming
• Interface Python test scripts with microcontrollers using HIL testing methodologies
• Validate networking protocols and analyze traffic at the frame level
• Build and maintain infrastructure for training and testing ML models
• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins using Docker for containerization
• Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies and technical documentation

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in software validation or embedded engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python (asynchronous programming, multithreading, OOP)
• Knowledge of Ethernet frame structures, VLAN tagging, routing, and switching
• Experience with embedded protocols such as CAN or Modbus
• Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Statistical Learning Theory
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, and Docker

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with python-can, pymodbus, scapy, numpy, or scikit-learn
• Background in Automotive or Industrial Automation sectors
• Knowledge of Linux system administration and Bash scripting
