Responsibilities

• Lead remote training sessions on software solutions for accountants and accounting assistants
• Personalize training sessions based on specific client needs and expectations
• Share expertise regarding various software modules
• Participate in the design of pedagogical tools
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to ensure continuous product improvement
• Update training materials to reflect software evolutions
• Install and configure software remotely for clients and users when required

Requirements

• Background in accounting or initial professional experience in accounting
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Proven ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly with strong pedagogy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm approach
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and assertiveness
• Adaptability and ability to manage stress

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital project management or operational coordination
