Software Testing Trainer

Responsibilities

• Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels
• Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives
• Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
• Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
• Deliver testing training for neuro-diverse candidates
• Provide instruction in testing types, methodologies, and design techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• ISTQB certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional training
• Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations
• Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
• Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
