Software Testing

Responsibilities

• Support the team by resolving software development or testing issues to create, maintain, and implement projects.
• Work with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into executable timelines.
• Drive efficiency across teams and support process improvements to sustain project activities.
• Ensure the successful transfer of complex domain knowledge to subject matter experts and team members.
• Lead technology-specific areas including application development, testing, maintenance, and support.

Requirements

• BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA, or a related Bachelor/Master's degree in Computing/IT.
• Experience in the Healthcare IT or IT Services Delivery domain.
• Proven experience in a similar software testing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
