Software Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the envisioning and delivery of groundbreaking AI/ML software projects within the Digital Products Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, design, and marketing to foster a collaborative environment.
• Shape technical direction and ensure high-quality delivery using expertise in software development methodologies and cloud-based platforms.
• Engage with senior executives and influential stakeholders to present project updates and gain buy-in for critical initiatives.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure rapid and precise delivery.
• Partner with quality assurance teams to define and implement rigorous testing strategies for flawless user experiences.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by exploring emerging technologies and tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total software delivery experience.
• Previous professional software development experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager or Software Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
• Technical expertise in cloud-based platforms and modern software development processes.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Computer Science, or AI/ML specialization).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Direct exposure to AI/ML product development.
