Software Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee a technical domain and manage engineers within the domain
• Guide teams through the full development lifecycle from discovery to maintenance
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure software solutions deliver business and customer value
• Contribute to the organization’s broader technical vision and operational effectiveness
• Mentor and motivate developers to foster team growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems development
• 3+ years in technology development leadership roles
• Experience building and operating high-traffic, customer-facing web platforms
• Expertise in Kotlin or Java for backend services and APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js
• Experience designing scalable, resilient distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with observability tools like Splunk or Datadog

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer-facing conversational AI or chatbots
