About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned law enforcement agencies
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Axon's software and integrated solutions
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and coordinate root-cause analysis with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Partner with deployment teams to design, configure, test, and implement Axon solutions
- Drive technology adoption by helping customers incorporate new capabilities into existing workflows
- Build trusted relationships with technical and operational stakeholders to advocate for customer needs
- Utilize data and reporting tools like Power BI and SQL to monitor customer health and adoption metrics
- Deliver advanced product training and technical education to customer stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical account management, customer-facing technical delivery, or deployment support
- Experience supporting SaaS applications, cloud platforms, or integrated technology environments
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the US to support agency locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public safety, law enforcement, or mission-critical government environments
- Familiarity with CAD, RMS, CJIS standards, or digital evidence systems
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics and reporting platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered products or workflow automation
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or cloud certifications)
