About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted partner for assigned law enforcement agencies.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Axon's software, cloud, and integrated hardware ecosystem.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and coordinate root-cause analysis with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Partner with deployment teams to design, configure, and implement Axon solutions within customer workflows.
- Drive technology adoption by identifying barriers and recommending best practices for new capabilities.
- Conduct regular customer reviews focused on technical health, adoption metrics, and operational success.
- Utilize data tools like Power BI and SQL to provide customer insights and monitor technical performance trends.
- Deliver advanced product training and technical education to customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical account management, customer-facing technical delivery, or deployment support.
- Proven experience supporting SaaS applications, cloud platforms, or integrated technology environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work onsite with the customer agency in Palm Beach, Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public safety, law enforcement, or mission-critical government environments.
- Familiarity with CAD, RMS, CJIS standards, or digital evidence systems.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products or workflow automation solutions.
- Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or cloud certifications.
