Software Team Leader - Low code

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers
• Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines
• Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms such as Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, or Appian
• Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs
• Conduct code reviews to ensure solution quality, security, and performance
• Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
• Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience working with low-code platforms
• 2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience
• Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform
• Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies
