Software Systems Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop AI agents capable of task execution, tool usage, and structured reasoning
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems including APIs, databases, ticketing tools, CRM, and ERP
• Assist in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and workflow optimization
• Participate in the testing, validation, and monitoring of AI agent performance
• Proactively identify and assess opportunities for AI and automation through collaboration with stakeholders
• Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts to support scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, Data, and Product

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience (internships or academic projects may be considered)
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI concepts
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience working with REST APIs and structured data formats like JSON
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
