About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and implementation assistance for Moody’s Insurance enterprise software solutions.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues of moderate complexity, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and integration issues using logs, databases, APIs, and monitoring tools.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and agentic AI capabilities to support troubleshooting, pattern identification, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, documentation, and process optimization using AI to enhance knowledge management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise software applications in a customer-facing environment.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS technologies, REST APIs, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and data visualization tools such as Kibana.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant STEM discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with authentication frameworks such as SSO.
  • Industry exposure to insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
