Software Specialist - SCADA/EMS/WAMS

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite.
• Own technical deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle of assigned projects.
• Participate in decisions regarding architecture, design, and functionality to ensure projects meet budget, time, and customer expectations.
• Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored organizational strategies.
• Provide recommendations on workflow, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and data uploads.
• Ensure go-live readiness and provide post-live support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal team members and clients to resolve issues using established procedures.
• Serve as a technical interface between the customer and the company, exchanging critical information and building strong relationships.

Requirements

• MTech/ME in Power System Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• 0-3 years of experience working with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or WAMS systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to document, plan, market, and execute technical programs.
