Software Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead successful demonstrations, onboarding, and adoption of Kinetic software solutions
• Cultivate strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion
• Support end-to-end implementation of software products
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements
• Research potential customers and develop outreach strategies to generate leads
• Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting
• Stay informed about industry trends and new vehicle technology

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success or sales development
• Experience in automotive repair, collision, or ADAS calibration industries preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive software products (CCC & Mitchell)
• Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel as required
