Software Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support, triage, and resolve complex NVIDIA AI Enterprise customer software issues end-to-end
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation, diagnostics, and deployment tooling (e.g., validators, log collectors, and repro harnesses)
• Build product-facing features and deployment assets such as Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts, and reproducible test cases
• Contribute code-level fixes, patches, or pull requests in collaboration with engineering teams to improve product readiness
• Create high-quality bug reports and Requests for Enhancement (RFEs) with detailed environment and impact analysis
• Develop technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, runbooks, and deployment guidance
• Participate in an on-call rotation (one weekend per month) to assist with Sev1 customer outages

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in system software development and troubleshooting
• Strong programming and scripting skills, specifically in Python (Bash, Go, or C++ is a plus)
• Deep understanding of troubleshooting fundamentals, including networking, concurrency, and OS concepts
• Proficiency in Linux environments and experience troubleshooting in production settings
• Knowledge of containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and distributed systems
• Familiarity with GPU-accelerated AI/ML stacks and production model deployment (e.g., NGC, CUDA, or Triton)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying NVIDIA AI Enterprise components in on-prem or Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments
• Experience operating Kubernetes-based platforms in production, including cluster operations and failure mode analysis
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate debugging and automation
• Strong performance debugging skills for GPU and cloud workloads, including profiling and observability tools
