Software Senior Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Steer AI coding agents to develop innovative customer solutions
• Drive the architectural vision of intelligent systems and AI initiatives
• Maximize throughput and maintain high code quality standards
• Review and refine agent output to ensure alignment with technical design plans
• Identify and build agentic test suites and automated solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming expertise in .NET and Modern Cloud Technologies
• Advanced knowledge of system design and architecture
• Deep understanding of latest AI technology trends and emerging tools
• Advanced skills in debugging and root-cause analysis
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
