Software Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for advanced manufacturing test automation for AI Server and Storage products
• Contribute across the full Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment
• Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software for manufacturing test and automation environments
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to understand system behavior and requirements
• Work within an Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across software and system boundaries
• Apply emerging technologies, such as AI-assisted and agentic workflows, to improve test efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with less experienced engineers

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development and engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages with the ability to design, code, test, and debug complex systems
• Experience working with operating systems, networking concepts, and system-level interactions
• Exposure to multiple tools, databases, operating systems, and hardware platforms
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• Experience with manufacturing systems, test automation, embedded software, firmware, BIOS, or device-level integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, or AI-assisted development tools
